Warren Buffett meets Sherlock Holmes
Jerry Scott and Jim Borgman
In the summer of 1996 Jerry Scott and Jim Borgman teamed up to create the wildly popular comic strip, Zits, which chronicles the life and times of 15-year-old Jeremy Duncan. The strip launched in July 1997. Within one year, Zits was syndicated by King Features to over 500 newspapers, making it one of the fastest growing comic strips in history. Now Zits appears in nearly 1,000 newspapers worldwide and has been voted Best Comic Strip for two consecutive years by the National Cartoonists Society.
